## Dyson Sphere Construction: Harnessing Stellar Energy

The Dyson sphere, a hypothetical megastructure completely surrounding a star to capture its energy, represents the ultimate in energy harvesting. While a complete, solid Dyson sphere might be impractical, variations like Dyson swarms or Dyson bubbles are considered more feasible.

⚡ **Dyson Swarm:** A massive collection of independent solar collectors orbiting a star, capturing a significant portion of its energy. This is the most commonly discussed and potentially achievable form.

⚡ **Dyson Bubble:** A non-rigid structure consisting of statites (satellites held in place by solar radiation pressure) arranged around a star.

**Construction Steps (Hypothetical):**

**Step 1:** Establish a base of operations on a nearby asteroid or moon.
**Step 2:** Develop self-replicating robots capable of mining resources and manufacturing solar collectors.
**Step 3:** Launch the robots into space to begin constructing the swarm.
**Step 4:** Connect the solar collectors to a power transmission network to beam energy to receiving stations.
**Step 5:** Continuously expand the swarm until a desired level of energy capture is achieved.
